Playcious Policies

General Entry Policies

  • We are a nut/ peanuts aware facility! We try our best to keep Playcious nut free but we cannot make any guarantees.
  • No outside food and drinks allowed.
  • Adults are REQUIRED to wear socks (slippers, indoor shoes are PROHIBITED).
  • Children are REQUIRED to wear grip socks.
    • For those wearing dresses/skirts, Playcious recommends you wear tights/leggings to help prevent injuries.
  • Strollers are prohibited from being taken into the play area.
  • Monday to Thursday ticket is not valid on Friday to Sunday, public holidays and school holidays.
  • Small or large group birthday celebration is only allowed with advance reservation.
  • General Admission entry is at first come first serve basis and subject to availability.
  • Membership pass to be used only by the child whose name and photo are displayed on the pass, the pass should be present at the time of each admission.

Playcious Party Policies

  • Parties are by advanced reservation only online (http://www.playcious.com/birthday-parties-packages/) or in person at Playcious.
  • A deposit is required for each party booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE ($100 for general party celebrations; $500 for private celebrations).
  • Monday & Thursday party bookings receive 10% off (excludes private celebrations, holidays and CANNOT be used in conjunction with any other promotions).
  • Package upgrades are welcome but are subject to availability.
  • Downgrading is PROHIBITED.
  • $100+ tx to upgrade party room to a larger size (if booking a Fun or Active Celebration).
  • Theme decorations include place settings for children only such as plates, napkins and cups (party hats are subject to availability).
    • Any decorations (balloons, signs, center pieces, wall posters, etc.) provided by Playcious are NOT to be removed from the building.
  • Playcious offers CHEESE pizza only. Additional cheese pizzas may be ordered no later than 1 week prior to the date of the party.
  • Dairy Queen ice cream cakes are included in each celebration package.
    • Additional cakes may be ordered no later than 1 week prior to the date of the party.
  • Party guest lists and cake orders are REQUIRED to be submitted no later than 1 week prior to the date of the party.
  • Party guests are welcome to bring in PEANUT/NUT FREE, non-greasy, clean foods not currently sold at Playcious Café such as veggie platters, fruit platters, sandwiches, wraps & 150g+ bags of chips.
  • Party guests are welcome to bring in additional drinks as long as they are in 2L bottles or larger only.
    • Water Bottles and Pop Cans are available at the café for purchase.
  • Piñatas, gum, Cheetos (i.e. cheezies), popcorn, pasta and rice are PROHIBITED.
  • Guests may purchase additional water bottles and/or juice boxes the day of the party.
  • Guests may request to have additional water bottles and/or juice boxes placed in their party room no later than 1 week prior to the date of the party.
  • Party balances are to be paid no later than 15 minutes prior to the end of the party.
  • The time period of 2.5 hours is STRICTLY adhered to and all guests of your party are asked to vacate Playcious at the end of the 2.5 hours (this includes but is not limited to the play area). If your celebration exceeds this time limit, you will be charged an additional $50+ tx per half hour.
  • Adults are required to wear SOCKS (slippers, indoor shoes are PROHIBITED).
  • Children are REQUIRED to wear GRIP SOCKS.
  • Strollers are prohibited from being taken into the play area.
  • Playcious reserves the right to refuse or cancel your party anytime if it is not in compliance to Playcious’ Policies.
  • Trampoline time for adults is NOT included in the party package for adults.
  • If adults wish to go on the trampoline they MUST purchase a ticket from the front desk ($5.00 for half an hour) and the MUST be wearing GRIP socks.

Trampoline Policies

  • Children must be 4 years and older to go on the trampoline
  • Children under the age of 4 years must be accompanied by an adult, unless parents give their child permission to go on their own.
  • Height limit to each side of the trampoline. Orange side are for the older kids and green side is for the younger kids.
  • Adults must pay $5.00 per half hour to go on the trampoline
  • Adults must have a sticker for the trampoline stating their start and end time
  • Adults and Children must be wearing GRIP socks
  • If the child cannot go on the trampoline alone they cannot go on.
  • Adults are not allowed to walk on the trampoline ( sides, padding, middle, etc)
  • The trampoline is not included for adults who are here with parties.
  • If adults wish to go on the trampoline they MUST purchase a ticket from the front desk ($5.00 for half an hour) and the MUST be wearing GRIP socks.

Slide Policies

  • Children must be 6 years and older
  • Must go down with arms crossed
  • Must be sitting on their bottom
  • Must go one at a time
  • Participants must be wearing tights/pants/ full/ knee length pants unless parents have given permission. Remind parents it is for the safety of their child and they can purchase tights at the front

Frequent Player Card policies

  • To be used with regular priced General Entry Passes only
  • 1 stamp per visit
  • 1 discount per transaction upon 4th, 5th, 6thand 7th visits (i.e. if you have 2 children; both will be discounted as a whole)
  • Free General Entry Pass for 1 child between 1-17 years old at 8thvisit
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
