In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place: and in the sky
The larks still bravely singing fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the dead: Short days ago,
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved: and now we lie
In Flanders fields!
Take up our quarrel with the foe
To you, from failing hands, we throw
The torch: be yours to hold it high
If ye break faith with us who die,
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields
On Wednesday, November 7th, 2018 Playcious will be hosting Arts & Crafts in the Mars Room. In honor of the soldiers who have passed away, we will be coloring and creating poppies and displaying them on our stage wall. These activities will be suitable for all ages, including parents, so it’ll be a fun way for families to bond. Bring on your coloring and creativity skills!
On Wednesday, November 21st, 2018 join Playcious for a scavenger hunt at 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to win a prize!
We’ll be hiding items within the facility and everyone at Playcious will get a chance to search for each item announced. Take on the challenge and see how many items you can find!
On Thursday, November 28th, 2018 and Friday, November 29th, 2018 at 5:oo pm Playcious will be taking cute funny photos of fathers in their awesome beards with their families. There will be fun little props to add to the photos so kids have a chance to show their own little personalities in their own beards.
